Back in in 2002 and January of 2003, Ohio and
Wisconsin Securities division issued
what was called a "Cease and Desist Order"
This was after I was invited to explain to them why I was
selling stock or securities.
I replied them that I was not selling
securities but did not attend the Ohio meeting nor send a representative
due to other schedules.
The State of Wisconsin did not invite me to
any meeting.
Then, the State of Ohio told me to remove the investment opportunity
off the internet.
It's more like saying o.kay we now understand that this is not a security sales but business opportunity and you are not violating the security law but take the offer off the internet where you could reach a lot of people. That was the way I interpreted the "O.Kay we now understood but take it off the net"
This happened btween Sept 2002 and January 2003
I replied that the internet is a World domain. Not Ohio domain
and I said NO but with every due respect.
They Issued the Order to warn Ohio residents that I have not
registered with them prior to offering investment securities to Ohio
residents.
I had 30 days to appeal the "cease and desist order" but
I did not.
They can order me not to be a stock broker to ohio resident. I am
not.
....and nowhere in my promotional materials have I offered stocks
sales to the general public of Ohio or anywhere else for that matter.
They did not say that I was operating with a phony company name as
those 419
They did not say I was operating an unregistered Corporation.
They did not charge me criminally for security irregularities.
They just wanted me to take the investment opportunity off the internet.
and I saw that as bias and discriminatory.
Even though, I could legally sell my own corporate stocks on behalf
of my company ( but not for some other companies as does stock brokers)
I did not even do that. I did not sell my own corporate stocks.
What has someone buying a magazine at factory price and reselling it by himself/herself or have me resell for them (for a fee) got to do with securities and stock market?
or what has business opportunity offer got to do with securities and stock markets sales.
We simply advised the Ohio securities division that it has made a classification error.
To my best knowledge, the state of Winsconsin did not issue any order. We receive a letter and we were just told to explain what we were doing and we did the explanation over the telephone.
Use your common sense. You have a business like the other fellow next
door,
all of a sudden, you were told to closed your doors and you did not
break any law
and you happen to be a black man.
Will you not say "CAN I PLEASE CALL MY LAWYER"?
My offer does not discriminate neither was I. We had every human being accepted and on board . Only Dogs were not allowed.
This was back in 2002/2003. I have discontinued that particular opportunity
since I had raised enough prospects for that.

CARD COMPANIES) TO OFFER THEIR HIGH INTEREST CREDIT CARDS
TO THE RESIDENT OF THOSE PARTICULAR STATES.
IT IS A WAY OF SAYING : WE DON'T AGREE WITH YOUR WAY OF CHARGING
18%-24% ON YOUR CREDIT CARD. SO DON'T ISSUE IT TO OUR RESIDENT
IF YOU WANT TO APPEAL, YOU WILL HAVE 30 DAYS
TO DO SO.
